Laura designed and delivered some lively sessions in our recent RELX wide Strength Conference, an internal development conference designed to promote career and development opportunities across the RELX Group (including LexisNexis Legal & Professional, Elsevier, LexisNexis Risk Solutions and Reed Exhibitions). Laura’s sessions were designed around her own research, published in her book, Dancing with Fear & Confidence, (liberating yourself and your career in mid life). What a response she got from the audience! A third of employees within the RELX group are aged 46 and over, and it felt like they all turned up! Thousands signed up to the conference.
